What is the difference between Debt Settlement and Debt Management?

Debt Settlement is a program in which you make payments into a savings account each month while we work with your creditors to negotiate a settlement for a percentage of the amount you owe.

Debt Management is a program where a third party negotiates a payment plan with your creditors to pay all your debt back. The good part is that they also negotiate a lower interest rate and terms that both you and creditors can handle and allows you to get out of debt much quicker than you would on your own making minimum payments. You send one monthly check to the Debt Management company and they pay all your creditors for you. Your creditors agree to this plan so you won’t get collection calls. This is also a good option for someone who wants to protect their credit score.
